To order by mail
We accept orders by mail paid in US$ by check, money order, well-concealed
cash or art barter. Make checks payable to Bill Miller.
In-stock items ship within 5-7 days of payment receipt; please allow more
time if the item is out of stock. The prices listed are US First Class
postage paid. Canadian customers (AirMail) add $1 for first item and 25
cents for each add'l item. Overseas customers (AirMail) add $3 for first
item and $1 for each additional item.
